A Publication connects an approved Revision of a Listing to a Storefront.
The listing does not belong to the storefront. This connection is separate so a listing can be controlled independently from the surface where it appears, while both remain inside the same enrollment and product instance.
Publication validates the current seller account, enrollment, capability, storefront, and version state before making or changing buyer-visible content.
