Listing

An enrollment-owned commerce aggregate whose content evolves through revisions.

A Listing is an instance-specific commerce aggregate owned by a merchant Enrollment. Its identity remains stable while its editable product content changes through Revisions.

The listing records the seller identity chain — party, profile, account, enrollment, host organization, and product instance — so authorization and isolation do not depend on a storefront.

Media ownership

Product images are attached to the listing's revision, not to the profile. The profile owns reusable identity media such as its logo or avatar. A storefront owns storefront presentation. This keeps each media asset attached to the lifecycle that governs it.

A listing is exposed to buyers only when an approved revision is connected to a storefront through a Publication.
